Here is a list of several powerful items that can help you to raise your vibration:
1) Epsom Salt and Sea Salt Detox Bath – Take a 20 minute or longer bath with Epsom Salt and Sea Salt. These salts are known to pull the toxins out of your body and release negative energies, therefore raising your vibration almost instantly. While you are in the bath, state your intentions to release all negative energies, and it will be done. 2) Crystals – I am a huge fan of crystals and highly recommend them. Rose quartz crystal is a crystal that can be used to attract a loving relationship or help you have more love for yourself.
Rose quartz is a very happy and loving stone. It has peaceful and calming energies, which are great for people who are going through anything that they feel to be tough. It also can help to raise your self-esteem and self-worth. (I highly recommend getting this stone if you do not already have one). This stone is very powerful, and it works to calm you and release negative and fearful thoughts.
When you do your love meditations, you can hold your rose quartz crystal in your hand and feel the calming, peaceful, and loving vibrating throughout your body. It is also great to carry around with you if you are feeling anxious or just need the feeling of love. Black Onyx – Is another stone that I highly recommend carrying with you daily to release negative energy. Black onyx is a protective stone; It can help release negative emotions such as sorrow and grief and also helps to keep others from draining your energy. I have recommended this stone to several people who work or live with strong negative personalities or energies.
Because we are one, we tend to pick up on the energies of others especially if you are an empath or a person who is very sensitive to energies. 3) Sage Smudge Stick - Saging is also very powerful for removing negative energies that may take place in your home, work, or car. Light the sage and then wave it around your home or your room to release negative energies and entities. You can also use it to sage yourself by waving it around your entire body. It is great for cleansing your own body of unwanted negative energy.

4)Monotonic Gold - Monotonic gold is a liquid or powdered substance used to raise our vibrational frequency and for spiritual growth and enlightenment. It is said to be a mystical substance from the past that we are rediscovering in this time of spiritual transformation. A lot of people use it before meditation. 5) Listen to positive LOA videos as much as you can daily. YouTube has a host of awesome LOA videos to choose from. Spiritual teachers Esther and Abraham Hicks are a great place to start.
6) Start treating people how you want to be treated. Giving random compliments is a great place to start. Once you compliment a person it will come back to you probably not from that person but from someone else. Plus, it's great to make another person feel good which will cause you to feel great as well which will raise your vibration.
7) Be more giving. What you give, you will receive back so whatever you want more of in your life give it to someone else and you will receive it back. For example, if you want more happiness spread your joy and kindness and you will receive it back in abundance. I make it a point to give back often, I give money to my favorite charity and it seems that anytime that I do this it comes right back to me. I also send love out into the universe daily.
When you give, it doesn’t have to be money it could be a smile or a compliment or a mental blessing to a person. You can also donate clothes or shoes that you no longer have the use for; because along with the Law of Attraction there are several other laws such as the law of giving and receiving. What you give to one person, you will receive back. It may not be from that same person but it will come back to you multiplied from other sources.
8) Yoga – is more than just exercise it is an ancient practice that can have positive effects on a person in a spiritual sense. Yoga poses are called asanas. Asanas are performed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. The use of breathing and focus can help relieve stress and anxiety.
These poses are not meant to simply be physical exercises but rather used holistically as a mind-body practice to improve physical, mental, and spiritual health. I personally do yoga daily; it helps me to release any stresses that may have accumulated throughout the day.
I noticed a huge difference in my well-being as soon as I begin with the first pose, I start to feel calmer and more relaxed immediately. Therefore, yoga is highly recommended at this time. You can go on YouTube and find a yoga video. You can use any exercise that feels good to you. Exercise helps you to release endorphins, which help you to feel good once your exercise is complete.
The reason why raising your vibration is so important is because when your vibration is high it allows you to manifest your greatest desires easier and faster. Low vibration is very slow and if you are not in a great mood when you are wanting to manifest a certain thing it will take longer for your desire to come into existence. Also when your vibration is high and more positive, you feel better and that is a win within itself.
I know that this is a lot of information, but do these steps for one day, then two days, and then one week until it becomes natural to you. Once you realize that thoughts are creative and you can change your thoughts to ones that are more positive and happier and more positive and happy things will flow into your life.
